Team Driver - Home Weekly

About the role

Seeking experienced Team Drivers to operate sleeper tractors collaboratively for extended routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely run loads between facilities, adhering to DOT regulations
• Operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances
• Maintain vehicle safety, control, and compliance
• Use internal freight tools and systems
• Lift objects up to 75 lbs., climb in/out of cabs, and handle various physical tasks
• Operate trucks for up to 11 hours in all weather conditions
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members

Requirements

• Existing team partnership with both members applying
• Valid Class A CDL, DOT Medical Certification, and endorsements (hazardous materials, tank vehicle, doubles/triples)
• Age 21+ with a safe driving record and ability to work away from home
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams

Qualifications

• Team driving or over-the-road experience preferred
• Ability to operate a handheld device and understand highway signage
• Physical capability to handle physical tasks and prolonged sitting
