About the role
The Team Coordinator assists the supervisor in operating an area of a department, allowing the Coach to focus more on team members rather than daily workflow issues. This role ensures continuous production flow by addressing bottlenecks, filling in positions as needed, identifying part or resource shortages, facilitating Lean Manufacturing processes, and requesting non-personnel assistance from other departments through work orders or engineering/SFA support. Additional reasonable manufacturing duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities
- Reduce production bottlenecks on the manufacturing product line.
- Address and correct workflow issues.
- Learn all positions and fill in as needed.
- Identify part and resource shortages and provide solutions.
- Communicate workflow issues, shortages, and solutions to Supervisors, Engineers, and Managers as appropriate.
Schedule
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Luna shift). New hires will initially work 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Solar shift) until training is complete and transitioned to the Luna shift.
