Team Coordinator

About the role

As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the agency so patients can receive the care they need. Key duties include answering all incoming calls, processing daily workflow, assigning clinician visits, preparing interdisciplinary meetings, managing and maintaining office inventory and medical supplies, and supporting the clinical leader(s).

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a health care setting
• Scheduling and office manager experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs
