Responsibilities
- Supports onboarding and training of new team members
- Maintains a high-energy, high-commitment store culture
- Models service behaviors and standards consistently
- Provides in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members
- Prioritizes and delegates tasks during shifts to ensure execution
- Serves as a go-to resource for basic operational questions
- Escalates operational risks and gaps to leadership quickly
- Leads the floor to ensure service coverage and prioritize guests
- Reinforces the Party service model and behaviors
- Handles escalated customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
- Maintains service execution and adjusts staffing or focus as needed
- Drives sales during assigned shifts through guest focus and urgency
- Counsels team members to maximize guest opportunities
- Supports execution of promotions, hot markets, and events
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of retail experience
- Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and climb ladders
