About the role
As a Technology Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of integrating and maintaining cutting-edge technology solutions within the organization. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies, improve system efficiencies, and enhance cybersecurity measures. Your expertise will drive innovation, streamline processes, and support the company’s strategic goals.
Additionally, you will manage, design, and implement policies and procedures relating to a company's Employee Assistance Program (EAP). You will ensure that inpatient and outpatient counseling and care facilities meet company standards, provide training to management for dealing with medical and behavioral problems, and provide counseling to employees in the program.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage IT infrastructure.
- Ensure seamless operation of hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve system efficiencies.
- Enhance cybersecurity measures.
- Manage, design, and implement policies and procedures for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Ensure inpatient and outpatient counseling and care facilities meet company standards.
- Provide training to management for dealing with medical and behavioral problems.
- Provide counseling to employees in the program.
- Provide input to strategic decisions affecting the functional area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related area.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience as an Employee Assistance Professional.
- CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or CA Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT or LMFT) or a licensed psychologist in the state of California (PhD).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and faculty.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills to maintain accurate and complete documentation.
Qualifications
- ICF (International Coach Federation) certified (desired, but not required).
- CEAP (Certified Employee Assistance Professional) desired, but not required.
