About the role
The Dublin Team Brave Director is responsible for building, developing, and caring for the volunteer teams that create an excellent experience at the Dublin Campus.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new Team Brave members
- Create a welcoming and organized onboarding experience for every new team member
- Follow up with prospective and newly onboarded volunteers to help them become meaningfully connected
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop coordinators who can confidently lead their individual teams
- Care for team members by celebrating milestones, recognizing contributions, and providing support when needs arise
- Schedule and lead trainings that prepare volunteers to serve with clarity, confidence, and excellence
- Communicate schedules, expectations, updates, and upcoming opportunities clearly and consistently
- Partner with coordinators to identify team needs, fill serving gaps, and create healthy team structures
- Regularly evaluate the volunteer experience and make improvements that strengthen team culture and effectiveness
- Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and place orders in advance so every team has what it needs
- Prepare team environments and resources for Sundays, events, trainings, and special gatherings
- Ensure an excellent Sunday experience by being proactive, intentional, present, and prepared each week
- Model Brave Church's culture and values in every interaction
