Overview
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time, Outpatient
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–5 pm (can work part-time if desired)
Call: None
Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic, with full support staff
EMR and Featured Technology: Cerner
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor internal medicine residents in a continuity of care outpatient clinic along with other preceptors
- Work with resident physicians
- Develop your own patient panel (to be seen on select days)
- Aid resident physicians in their academic and clinical growth through effective teaching and mentorship
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine
- Previous experience teaching residents in a clinical setting, preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and teaching abilities
- A commitment to academic excellence and fostering medical education
