About the role
Internal Medicine physician serving as a Core Faculty Member in an ACGME‑accredited residency program.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, teaching, and mentorship to residents in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Devote approximately 16 hours weekly to residency administration, curriculum development, and resident evaluation.
- Maintain an active clinical practice delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care.
- Participate in scholarly activities, research, and quality improvement projects to foster a culture of learning.
- Contribute to departmental, residency, and institutional committees, supporting program leadership and accreditation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
- Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in California.
- Experience in resident and medical student education preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative skills.
