What You'll Do

We're looking for dedicated and passionate assistant teachers to join our team, who can support the daily activities, curriculum, and routines for young children.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with families
• Following a Reggio-inspired philosophy
• Performing all necessary routines for working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Conducting health checks in the mornings
• Performing opening and closing cleaning routines

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check that includes fingerprinting, and have completed a college level course in child or human development, or be willing to complete within 12 months of employment.
• Partial or full scholarships are available through state level agencies to cover the course or future coursework, if needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with groups of young children, birth - age 8, and passion for early childhood education.
• Courses in Early Childhood Education or related fields, such as human growth & development, psychology, or sociology.
• First Aid & CPR certification preferred, but supported within the first 3 months of hire.
