Teaching Assistant / Student Shadow at Honea Path Elementary

Responsibilities

• Assist the special education student in the following areas:
• Reinforcing skills taught by the classroom teacher.
• Taking data on behavioral, communication, socialization, and motivational objectives.
• Intervene to manage behavior problems when necessary.
• Carry out written behavior intervention plans.

Qualifications

• Two Year Associates Degree OR 60 Hours of Coursework OR ParaPro Assessment Test
