Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management or a similar field.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ITIL and/or ITSM frameworks.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Technical expertise in IT Service Management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
