Job Summary

The Willie Price Lab School at the University of Mississippi seeks an individual to assist with curriculum preparation, classroom facilitation, and student monitoring to ensure safety and foster an environment of learning and development.

Job Description

Assists with the planning and facilitation of classroom programming and classroom coordination and organization for a early childhood education facility according to established curriculums. Maintains the safety and physical well-being of children in a designated classroom. Updates and organizes individualized and developmental educational plans for children. Assists with basic technical support in labs, classrooms, and distance learning mediums as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Aid in planning and facilitating classroom programming aligned with established early childhood curricula.
• Support the coordination and organization of daily classroom activities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate environment for children.
• Monitor and support the physical well-being of children in the assigned classroom.
• Update, organize, and maintain individualized and developmental education plans.
• Provide basic technical support in labs, classrooms, and distance learning environments as needed.

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum Associate's Degree preferred.
