Job Description
This position will provide direct instructional services and support to students for reading.
Required Credentials
- New York State Teacher Assistant or Teacher Certification (level I minimum)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass ATAS
- DASA workshop
- May be renewed once for three (3) years with a commitment for employment; verified by district/BOCES
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy
Appointment
- 10 month school year
- 6.25 hours per day
- 8:45AM - 3:30PM
Pay & Benefits
- Salary/Rate of Pay: Hourly wage based on previous experience, plus an hourly educational degree stipend, if applicable ($0.17 Associate's, $0.26 Bachelor's, $0.34 Master's)
