About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work closely with some of our male students, providing tailored support to help them thrive both academically and socially. This role involves assisting in the classroom to ensure engagement and progress, as well as facilitating activities outside of lessons that appeal to boys' interests and strengths. You will play a key part in building positive relationships, encouraging confidence, and promoting a love of learning through practical, active, and boy-friendly experiences.

Requirements
- Passionate about helping boys succeed
- Enjoy creating opportunities for boys to develop skills beyond the classroom
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
Qualifications
- Experience working with students with ASD, ADHD, and other associated ALN
- Knowledge of the Curriculum for Wales (CfW)
- Experience with therapeutic Forest School provision, art, and creative play therapy
- Access to offsite vocational provisions such as hair and beauty, construction, and small animal care
