- 3 years in an office/clerical environment
- Experience with spreadsheets and databases

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the organization, support, and coordination of all aspects of the College and Career Development Department
- Manage concurrent tasks effectively and complete assignments by deadlines
- Facilitate arrangements for meetings and professional development classes
- Maintain professional learning records
- Anticipate and effectively support supervisors' job-related needs
- Generate reports to provide data analysis for various programs
- Handle routine matters in a professional manner in the absence of supervisor
- Maintain an effective and efficiently run office, including the maintenance of accurate files and the generation of printing requests, copies, and other resources as needed
- Maintain records and files for supervisor in an efficient, orderly, and accurate manner
- Absorb and review monthly budget reports
- Absorb and review budget amendments and travel requests
- Absorb and review monthly budgets, substitute teacher funding reports, miscellaneous payroll, purchasing card and travel card reports for accuracy
- Cooperate with and demonstrate a positive relationship with division, department, and other district employees
- Communicate information concerning the Academies and Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education program to a variety of audiences, including parents, community, and school based personnel
- Communicate information concerning the Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science programs to a variety of audiences, including parents, community, and school based personnel
- Serve as the first line customer service contact for the department of College and Career Development
- Support supervisors by being knowledgeable of department programs and procedures
- Absorb and review various financial and accounting duties
- Submit miscellaneous payroll and other accounting tasks as required
- Absorb and review staff development preparation, sign-in and reporting
- Absorb and review coordination and preparation of annual events
