Responsibilities
- Elementary Teacher - Grade 5: Teach students in grades 1-5, focusing on core subjects and developing critical thinking skills.
- Teacher Assistant Library (part-time): Assist in managing the library, organizing resources, and supporting students' reading and research needs.
- Middle School Teacher - Spanish: Teach Spanish language and culture to middle school students, fostering bilingualism and cultural understanding.
- Teacher - Special Education, Gr. 6, ICR: Provide specialized instruction to students with identified special education needs, ensuring they meet academic and social goals.
- Academic Support Instruction Teacher: Offer additional academic support to students who require extra help in various subjects.
- High School Teacher - Special Education: Work with high school students who have special educational needs, providing individualized instruction and support.
- Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant: Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students with learning disabilities.
- 12-month Secretary: Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the district.
- Custodian: Maintain the cleanliness and safety of school facilities, ensuring they are ready for daily use.
- Confidential Secretary to the Superintendent of Schools: Support the superintendent in their administrative duties, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in records.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Implement behavior intervention plans to support students with behavioral challenges.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Assist BCBA in implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data to evaluate effectiveness.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid teaching certificate or equivalent certification, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be committed to continuous professional development.
