Teacher - Substitute

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and implement lesson plans left by the regular teacher.
• Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
• Take attendance and maintain accurate classroom records.
• Manage student behavior and enforce school rules to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
• Adapt teaching methods when necessary to meet the needs of students.
• Report any incidents or issues to school administration.
• Leave written feedback for the regular teacher regarding the day’s events.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow lesson plans and engage students.
• Experience in a classroom setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage student behavior and enforce school rules.
