Teacher, SDC Mod/Severe - Elementary 26/27 (Pool)

About the Role

Lake Elsinore Unified School District is seeking a Teacher for a Moderate/Severe Special Day Class at the elementary level for the 2026-27 school year. This is a full-time position with a 185-day work year, assigned to an elementary school site to be determined.

Salary & Benefits

• Pay range: $57,704 – $139,342 annually (depending on education and experience)
• Maximum entry-level salary: $121,895 with up to 12 years of maximum service credit

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Education Specialist Instruction Credential – Moderate/Severe OR Extensive Support Needs authorization
• English Learner (EL) authorization
• Intern-eligible candidates welcome to apply (must provide letter of eligibility from university program sponsor dated within 6 months)
