About the Role

We may not be hiring just yet, but something exciting is on the horizon. As a brand-new school preparing to open our doors, we’ll officially begin hiring in July for an August start date, and we’re looking to connect now with caring, energetic Teacher Assistants who want to be part of building something special from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support young learners in a warm, engaging classroom environment
• Collaborate with educators to foster a supportive classroom community
• Help design dynamic hands-on learning experiences
• Guide each child’s individual journey in line with the modern Montessori approach

Requirements

• Passionate about supporting young learners
• Energetic and collaborative
• Bachelor's degree in education or similar field, associate's degree or CDA required
• Montessori certification required within the first year of employment

• Strong dedication to early childhood education
• Ability to inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence
• Commitment to the whole child and continuous growth

Pay

Final compensation is determined based on a combination of factors; including years of experience in a similar role, relevant certifications and/or credentials, and the size and/or geographic location of the school.

Schedule

Average work schedule is 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, with some flexibility based on the needs of the school.
