Collaborative, positive environment with strong classroom ratiosLeadership that values your input, supports your success, and celebrates you 🍎 What You’ll Do Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate curriculumNurture each child’s emotional, social, and cognitive developmentEngage with children during learning, play, and transitionsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environmentBuild positive relationships with families and communicate regularlyCollaborate with other teachers and school leaders to ensure excellence in every classroom ✅ Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required)1+ year of experience working with children ages 6 weeks – 5 years (preferred)Passion for early childhood education and a joyful, caring attitudeMeets all Colorado state licensing requirements for early childhood staffReliable and professional with consistent attendanceBuilds positive relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and team membersMaintains composure and professionalism when addressing stressful situations or unexpected challengesMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to ensure child safety, facilitate programs, and respond to emergencies.
