TEACHER-READING COACH RESOURCE ELEM (TITLE i GRANT FUNDING)

Position Goal

To provide reading coaching resources to elementary students in Cypress Elementary.

Essential Performance Responsibilities

• Provide targeted reading interventions to students identified as needing additional support.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement differentiated instruction plans.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance reading coaching skills.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Appropriate State of Florida certification.
• Computer skills as required for the position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of current reading methodologies and best practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move students as needed.
