About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based at St. Benedict Church and School in Holmdel, NJ. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards, adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; state teaching certification or eligibility preferred
• Experience working with school-age learners in a classroom or educational setting
• Strong foundational knowledge in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply best practices in classroom instruction
• Proficiency in lesson planning and training to design, organize, and implement effective learning activities
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with students, families, and colleagues
• Ability to create an inclusive, respectful learning environment that supports diverse backgrounds and learning styles
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and commitment to professional growth and collaboration
