A Joyful Noise Childcare Center in Milwaukee, WI is seeking experienced Lead Teachers to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences for young children. Responsibilities

• Develop engaging classroom experiences
• Create meaningful hands-on learning activities
• Support children’s social, emotional, academic, and developmental growth
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
• Work within licensing and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with families and fellow educators
• Continue developing professionally as an Early Childhood Education leader

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Registry Level 12 or higher
• College credits in Early Childhood Education or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Strong understanding of hands-on learning and classroom engagement
• Knowledge of child safety, supervision, and positive guidance practices
• Familiarity with Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements
• Understanding of accreditation standards and high-quality early childhood practices
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom leadership skills
• Professional attitude and a commitment to continued growth
