About the role

The Saddleback Valley Unified School District (SVUSD) is seeking a Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) to support Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) initiatives during the 2026/2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation of MTSS frameworks and strategies
• Collaborates with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to enhance student learning outcomes
• Provides professional development opportunities for staff on MTSS topics
• Assists in data analysis and interpretation to inform instructional decisions

Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
• California English Learner authorization
• Master's Degree Stipend-$3,415 or Doctoral Degree Stipend-$3,828 (dependent on degree)

Salary

Pay dependent on experience
Additional Salary Info: $64,756 - $136,233 annual full-time salary (Initial placement based on education and experience up to 24 years). Maximum salary includes longevity.
