Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in the classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children accurately, and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on child‑care, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center‑specific requirements.
• Capability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
