About the role

Our Montessori school has been proudly serving our community for many years. With trained, dedicated educators—some with decades of experience—we provide an authentic Montessori experience in an early education setting. Mixed-age classrooms and carefully curated Montessori materials guide young learners toward becoming innovative thinkers, good citizens, and able leaders.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Serve as an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and support center success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
