TEACHER LEADERS

Primary Responsibilities

• Designing and leading building-level PD days, professional learning communities (PLCs), and department meetings.
• Providing targeted instructional mentorship to new teachers with their respective departments.
• Serving as a liaison between building staff and district curriculum to ensure seamless implementation of district initiatives.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Teaching License Required
