- Requirements: Could be Minimum Qualifications? But we also have Qualifications and Skills separate. The posting includes Minimum Qualifications with subparts: Education and Experience, License Requirements, Knowledge, Abilities, and Skill, Physical Requirements. We could split: Qualifications (Education and Experience, License Requirements), Skills (Knowledge, Abilities, and Skill). Physical Requirements maybe part of Requirements? But we can include as part of Qualifications? However we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Qualifications and Skills? But instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including Education, License, Knowledge, Abilities, Skills), Benefits, Pay. That's 5 sections.
But we need to follow the allowed headings list; we can omit others. So we will output:

Minimum Qualifications: "Education and Experience. Successful completion of all student teaching requirements as well as all course work required to obtain the appropriate teaching certificate(s) issued by the Illinois State Board of Education."
"License Requirements Teachers must possess at least one of the following valid teaching licenses issued by the Illinois State Board of Education: Professional Educator License (PEL) or Educator License with Stipulations (ELS), properly endorsed for this position."
"Knowledge, Abilities, and Skill. Knowledge of subject matter consistent with state certification requirements, knowledge of contemporary principles and practices of teaching, knowledge of classroom and behavior management techniques. Ability to modify instruction to meet student needs, ability to cooperate with the school faculty and administration in the development and implementation of an articulated program of instruction, ability to work effectively with pupils, parents and guardians, staff members, and community representatives in providing an appropriate educational program; ability to understand the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional patterns of pupils. Skill in the application of contemporary principles and practices of teaching, good oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, skill in exercising sound and professional judgment."
"Physical Requirements. Light Work: Exerting up to twenty (20) pounds of force occasionally, or up to ten (10) pounds of force frequently, or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical demands include the ability to stoop occasionally, reach frequently, handle and finger objects occasionally, talk and hear constantly, frequent use of near visual acuity, and occasional use offer visual acuity."
Note: there is a typo "offer visual acuity" but we keep as is.
Benefits: a paragraph with headings: Health & Wellness: Your Care, Your Choice ... etc. We need to keep as prose? Could be
with the benefits text. The instruction: Use
for prose. So we can put the benefits paragraph(s) inside
. However there are line breaks and bullet-like lists. We could keep as
with the whole benefits text. Pay: Salary Range $64,469.94 to $82,839.39. That's specific. So we need a Pay section with that info. Schedule: none, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not include metadata like Posting Date, Primary Location, etc. Should we drop them? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." Posting Date and Primary Location are minor metadata; we could fold into a short
or drop. Probably drop them to keep concise. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; is posting date substantive? Likely not essential; but it's metadata. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include a short
at top with "Posted Sep 10, 2026. Location: Far South Side-10354 South Charles Street (Alice Barnard Comp-Math-Sci)." That's minor metadata. We'll include as a short
before sections. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
Posted Sep 10, 2026. Location: Far South Side-10354 South Charles Street (Alice Barnard Comp-Math-Sci).
