About the role

Hilliard Elementary School is seeking an experienced Teacher, K-3 to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a Florida Educators Certificate in Elementary Education (K-6) and may hold or be eligible for additional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum aligned with district standards
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Mentor and support student growth and development
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and resources
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field
• At least three years of successful teaching experience in elementary education
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse student population
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Florida teaching certificate

• Experience with technology integration in the classroom
