Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the building SIT Team and perform duties as assigned
- Step into the classroom to cover teachers as needed
- Enter data into district and/or building systems to streamline MTSS structures
- Assist in facilitating/guiding BSAT, SIT, PBIS, SAFETY/SECURITY, and other building-level teams
- Plan and carry out staff development pertinent to the building's ESSA Plans and/or Title Plans
- Support MTSS systems within the building
- Support Tier 2 and Tier 3 reading, math, and behavioral instruction
- Oversee breakfast, lunch, recess, bussing, and before/after school supervision
- Arrange for guest teacher in-house coverage when substitutes are not available
- Oversee and assist in the evaluation, scheduling, and day-to-day expectations of paraeducators
- Attend IEPs as the Administrative Designee for this program
- Be in charge of or assist with ISASP testing and protocol
- Facilitate meetings with staff and parents
- Work flexible hours to meet the needs of the building
- Motivate and recognize staff achievement
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the principal

- Regularly sit, stand, speak, hear, see, and walk to carry out routine duties
- Occasionally lift, move, or push items up to 50 lbs, such as assisting children or moving/rearranging furniture
- Supervise students in all types of weather
- Meet multiple demands from several people and interact with the public and other staff
- Implement Crisis Prevention Intervention strategies, including appropriate physical restraint procedures and escorting

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of building rapport with culturally diverse students
- Previous experience working with Chromebooks
- Basic mathematical and computer proficiency
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Previous experience working with Google and Microsoft products
- Previous customer service experience
