Role Description/Criteria

We are seeking an engaging and innovative Business Teacher who is passionate about developing students’ understanding of entrepreneurship, economics, finance and ethical decision-making. The successful applicant will inspire students to think critically, solve problems creatively and connect classroom learning to contemporary business and economic contexts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a Business curriculum that develops students’ understanding of entrepreneurship, finance, economics, management and ethical decision-making.
- Deliver engaging learning experiences that develop students’ commercial awareness, financial literacy and enterprise skills.
- Connect classroom concepts to real-world business contexts, drawing upon contemporary examples, case studies and emerging trends to make learning meaningful and relevant.
Requirements
- Expertise in teaching Business Management, Economics or related subjects.
- The ability to design engaging learning experiences that develop analytical thinking, problem-solving and enterprise skills.
- A passion for helping students understand contemporary business, economic and financial concepts.
- A commitment to role modelling respect for every student’s individuality.
- A commitment to work in a Catholic Education environment.
