The Business Teacher position at Manville High School is a full-time, tenure-track opportunity designed for a dynamic, passionate educator who can inspire students through a comprehensive business curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based business courses that emphasize real-world applications.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Integrate technology and modern business tools into daily instruction to enhance student learning.
• Support business-related extracurricular activities such as DECA, FBLA, and clubs.
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Collaborate with department colleagues, administration, and parents to support student achievement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Business Education, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to utilize educational technology platforms (e.g., Canvas, Google Classroom, Genesis) effectively.
• Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate with a Comprehensive Business (Certificate #1300) endorsement (or eligibility).

Pay

The annual salary range is commensurate with education level and years of experience, starting at $66,705 (minimum) to $95,850 (maximum).
