About the role

The position is a Part-Time 4 Year-Old Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year at North Run Baptist Church Pre-Kindergarten.

Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities. - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support classroom goals. - Maintain communication with parents regarding their child's progress.

Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. - Valid CPR and First Aid certification. - Experience working with young children preferred but not required.

- Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Patience and creativity.

Skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Knowledge of child development and learning theories.
