Teacher, Family and Consumer Science (Intro to Education; Child Development Associate)

Description

Educate, plan, teach, and facilitate three Career & Technical courses (Intro to Education, CDA, and First Year Experience College Prep), which include concurrent enrollment at Normandale Community College and CDA certification.

Qualifications

• Minnnesota Teaching License for HS FCS/Work-Based Learning (Willing to consider Out of Field Permissions or Tier 1/Tier 2 License)
• Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction
• Strong classroom management skills
• Able to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams
• Able to be certified to teach Intro to Education college course/ Master's in Education

Pay & Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $55,000-102,000 (for 1.0 FTE) based on education and experience.
