Teacher, ELA

About the role

The position is for an ELA Teacher at West Nassau High School. The ideal candidate should hold or be eligible for a Florida Educators Certificate in English (9-12) and possess a Master's degree in English. Experience teaching AP Language and Composition is preferred.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid Florida Educators Certificate in English (9-12).
• Experience teaching English at the high school level.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other educators and staff.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a fingerprint check through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
