About the role
This is a grant-funded position, contingent upon continued grant funding.
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana Teaching Certificate held on or before the application deadline
- Science of Reading Certification (or completion required within a designated timeframe, if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
- Five (5) or more years of successful classroom teaching in ELA with a Master's degree or higher
- Elementary School teaching and/or elementary administrative experience
- Previous experience mentoring or coaching teachers
- Mentor Certification
- Demonstrated success working with struggling readers
