Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Provide individualized attention to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the learning environment and support student success.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's performance.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Valid teaching license in Virginia.
• Experience working with students in a K-12 setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
