About the role
We are seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join our team in Belle Mead, NJ on a part-time basis for the 2025-2026 school year.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver daily lesson plans
- Provide individualized assistance to students
- Regularly communicate about student progress as needed
- Maintain accurate attendance and session reports
- Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success
- Work in a fast-paced behavioral health facility
- Teach in a small classroom setting to 8 to 15 school-age patients at any one time
Requirements
- B.A/B.S. degree from an accredited institution
- New Jersey Standard teaching license (CE and CEAS do not meet the requirements)
- Comfortable working with K-12 students
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs
- Reliable Transportation

Pay
Position entails a 20-hour a week commitment, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-12:30pm.
