About the role
The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to our dynamic team, focusing on the emotional and behavioral rehabilitation of adolescent males.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement structured lesson plans for grades 5-12
- Build a therapeutic rapport with our youth
- Collaborate with the special education team to enhance academic performance
- Attend meetings with family members, collateral contacts, and other teams to address academic needs
- Work with youth to develop important life skills and foster a sense of self-worth
- Support the youth in achieving success in their next steps
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Massachusetts teaching certification from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
- Relevant experience with grades 5-12 preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the needs of the population served and understanding of interventions required
- Valid driver’s license for transporting students

Pay
The pay range for this position is $52,000 to $94,000 per year. The actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and qualifications.
