RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate parent-child interactive activities.
• Teach Gymboree classes which include age appropriate play activities on our custom designed play equipment, songs, parachute play, and bubbles.
• Instruct music classes involving instrument activities, singing, dancing, and exploring a variety of music styles from around the world.
• Prepare lesson plans according to Gymboree curriculum.
• Be accountable for meeting sales goals.
• Utilize Gymboree's features and benefits to provide information and sell enrollments, merchandise, birthday parties, and special events to new and existing customers.
• Manage Gymboree's online database, care.
• Attend designated staff meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain site standards, including but not limited to: cleaning, stocking, and pricing merchandise, and assisting with equipment setup changes.

KEY SKILLS AND TRAITS

• Experience working with children newborn to 5 years old preferred.
• Solid group leadership skills.
• Previous sales experience.
• Good computer and phone skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Team player.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. and move play equipment.
• Clean, physically presentable appearance.
• Flexible schedule.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, gregarious, and creative personality.
