Gan Elohim Early Learning Center is located in a warm, welcoming Reform Jewish synagogue in Wellesley, Massachusetts. About the role

We are seeking an EEC-certified teacher to join our staff for the 2026-27 school year as an all-school floater teacher/afternoon closer. This position is full-time, with hours between 36 and 40 per week.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities
• Supervise outside time, rest time, and free play
• Guide students' social and emotional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or EEC teacher certification (Massachusetts)
• 1+ years of teaching experience
• Passion for teaching young children
• Creative, nurturing personality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding and warmth toward children and parents
• Fluency in English

Pay

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
