Assists teachers in performing their classroom teaching responsibilities. Effective: 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR. Location: Henry Elementary School - Speedway & Camino Seco Area.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Completion of an AZ Dept. of Education-approved Academic Assessment Test OR Associate’s (or higher) degree OR Two-years (60 Semester-Hour credits) of post high school general education studies
• One year of experience working with youth
• Speak, read and write in English

Requirements Prior To Start Date:

• Copy of diploma, transcript or test results must be submitted at time of hire.
• FBI fingerprint background check.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

• Related training or education

Schedule

FTE: 0.3125 (2.5 hours per day). Work Calendar: 9 month. Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
