About the role
The position is for an Art Teacher at Topeka Elementary School.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement art curriculum aligned with state standards.
- Provide instruction in various art mediums and techniques.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support a comprehensive educational program.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Art Education or related field.
- A current Florida Educators Certificate in Art (PK-12).
- Experience working with elementary students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
