Pay Range: $18.72 - $20.00 per hour if certified and $18.00 - $18.00 per hour if not certified.

Position Summary
A Teacher Aide will work with Teachers to create a warm, welcoming, and inviting educational environment for children and families.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to Head Start/Early Head Start and MA Department of Early Education and Care;
- Assist with the maintenance of a clean, safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment;
- Assist with individual and group activities in a center-based classroom at the direction of the Teachers;
- Uphold the values of CTI – Equity, Integrity, Compassion.
Qualifications
- Certified Aide: Experience based on education. (3 months if you have a AA or BA, 9 months if you have HS Diploma) 6 months to 1 year of teaching experience preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience working with low-income individuals or families preferred.
- Uncertified Aide: High School Diploma or Equivalent OR enrolled in a Highschool Early Childhood Development program or work experience program.
