About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care is provided in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs and goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure all healthcare services are delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management or administration.
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead change initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
