TEACHER - ACADEMIC

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care is provided in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs and goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure all healthcare services are delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management or administration.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead change initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
