About the role
Volunteers are needed to help teach tennis to kids with autism in Kalamazoo, MI.
Responsibilities
- Receive training
- Pair with a participant to help them through tennis drills and games
- Help participants learn socializing, fine & gross motor skills, and gain interest in fitness
- Form a bond and friendship with participants over the course of the session
Requirements
No prior tennis experience is necessary.
Qualifications
Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to different teaching methods.
