TDL Estimation Lead

About the Role

GDIT is seeking a TDL Estimation Lead to support a United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) program and USSOCOM’s subordinate commands, such as the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Special Operations projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes technical requirements to determine the scope, schedule, and cost for TDLs.
• Leads the development of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) for new tasks introduced via TDL to ensure they are realistic and stay within the overall contract's price ceilings.
• Utilizes proficiency in software cost estimating tools.
• Implements process improvements and best practices to enhance program/project delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Science required.
• Experience: Five (5) + years of relevant experience.
• Security Clearance: Secret clearance required to start.
• US Citizenship required.
• Travel: Up to 25% required.
• Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $76,565 - $103,500. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Travel Required: 25-50%
