About the role
GDIT is seeking a TDL Lead to manage and support United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and USSOCOM’s subordinate commands, including the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). The TDL Lead will provide technical oversight and workforce management of contractor personnel at the assigned site location, coordinating and collaborating across USASOC and its strategic partners (USSOCOM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Special Operations projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Performs stakeholder management and serves as a liaison between client organization, site leadership, client technical stakeholders, and SOFETOPS 2 program leadership to facilitate resourcing, prioritization, scheduling of mission support activities, and performance management.
- Interfaces with Government site leaders and technical stakeholders to keep them informed on technical issues and project statuses.
- Collaborates with Government technical teams and end-users to ensure user needs are understood and addressed.
- Serves as the main contractor point of contact for the site, coordinating emergent support requests.
- Supports programmatic administration for the site, including regular reporting, support delivery assessment, quality assurance, and contractor staff management.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Five or more years of management experience managing US Special Operations requirements and projects.
- Active Secret clearance required to start.
- US citizenship required.
- Up to 25% travel required.

Pay
Likely salary range: $99,450 – $134,550 (varies based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements).
