Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and competing priorities.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the executive.
- Prepare the executive for meetings by organizing agendas, materials, and background information.
- Track follow-up items and ensure commitments are completed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and meeting packets.
- Attend meetings and take notes or minutes when appropriate.
- Track action items and follow up with responsible parties.
- Coordinate large meetings, conferences, and executive events.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage incoming communications and determine appropriate priorities.
- Communicate with senior leaders, staff, external partners, and stakeholders professionally.
- Assist with special projects and executive-level initiatives.
- Research information and prepare summaries or reports.
- Monitor deadlines and project deliverables.

Additional Information
- Travel: 25% – Position may spend 15 nights away per month.
