TDCJ - Engineer V - Electrical Facilities

About the role

This position reports to Director III/Manager MEP Branch of Facilities Engineering. Duties include working with engineering specialists to develop scope and estimates of projects, design of projects and management of projects designed by outside A/E firms.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope and estimates of projects
• Design of projects
• Management of projects designed by outside A/E firms

You'd be a GOOD fit if:

• You have experience with facility electrical systems such utilization and distribution level voltage systems
• You can work collaboratively with maintenance personnel to develop design solutions that meet their maintenance and operability requirements

You'd be a GREAT fit if:

• You have experience working with or for architectural/engineering firms
